How we rank installers
Our goal is a list homeowners can trust. Here is exactly how it works.
Who gets listed
We start from public business listings, remove companies that are closed or don't install floor coatings, and check each company's own website for the systems it installs, its warranty and its service area. A company appears on a city page if it is based in that city or lists it in its service area.
How the order is set
Companies are ranked by their Google star rating, adjusted for the number of reviews. We blend each company's rating with the average rating of all installers, weighted by 15 reviews. A company with a handful of perfect reviews starts near the average; a company with hundreds of strong reviews ranks on its own record.
What money can and can't buy
Installers can pay for a Featured spot. Featured spots appear above the ranked list and are always labeled. Payment never changes a company's position in the ranked list, and we don't remove companies for not paying.
Keeping it current
Listings were last checked in October 2026. Ratings change, so always check recent reviews and confirm licensing with the Arizona Registrar of Contractors before you hire. Installers can claim their listing to correct anything.
